SSTL, which provides CDMA-based services under the MTS brand, has launched its services in the Haryana circle. Under its introductory offer, the company is offering a tariff of Re 0.005 per second along with a million free minutes of calling. In addition, users will also get 24 hours of free download at a speed of 3.1 Mbps under this scheme.
