MTS, the mobile telephony services brand of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL), has chosen ZTE, Huawei and Ericsson to provide network managed services (NMS) in its various circles. MTS' network share has been split between these management services providers for better output, efficiency and convenient price models. The NMS project is to ensure a better network efficiency for MTS users across the country.

For the shared sites, these companies will handle entire active network elements and telecom equipment including staff and program management of passive infrastructure at the core equipment offices and media providers at BTS sites. In addition to that for MTS owned sites, vendors will also manage comprehensive AMC for passive infrastructure at BTS sites.

Speaking on the occasion, Vsevolod Rozanov, President and CEO of SSTL said "We have opted for NMS model to create a benchmark for our service delivery and benefit our customers. We appreciate the continuous efforts of our existing strategic partners ZTE and Huawei and Ericsson. We are looking forward towards joint growth of business".
